Each is 320 square feet, and each is easy to refurbish and redesign to meet specific needs. We offer single-story units. We offer two-story units. Heck, we even offer units with garages with roll-up doors, and let’s not forget the electric car-charging stations and the dog park.
What’s the cost and why so affordable?
Each unit rents for under $1000 per month, and the reason why they are so inexpensive is because we saved on construction costs when we decided to use pre-existing shipping containers, and we passed that savings on to our clients. It is really that simple, so simple, in fact, that we wonder why more business parks don’t follow our lead.
