Check out Webster’s Dictionary and you’ll find that “unique” means one of a kind, unlike anything else. So for us to make the claim that Box Office Warehouse Suites, one of the newest business parks in Fort Worth, is unique is a rather bold statement. How can a business park be “one of a kind, unlike any other business park?”
Good question!
Perhaps we should qualify our statement. Perhaps there is another business park somewhere in the United States which does what we do; we admit, we didn’t do a universal search of all business parks to give our claim validity. But we are sure we are the only business park in the Fort Worth area which does what we do, so we can safely make that claim: the only business park in the Fort Worth metropolitan area made entirely from . . . shipping containers!

Box Office Warehouse Suites is a total of thirty-eight suites for rent made from one-hundred retrofitted and professionally-designed (Hue Architecture) shipping containers. We used no lumber to build them. We didn’t fudge and toss in a wooden storage shed on the back of the property. This business park is 100% Grade AAA shipping container construction.
And that’s an important point to make because, since we didn’t have to spend money building them, we pass the construction savings on to you, the small business owner, in the form of lower lease prices.

But it isn’t just the fact that Box Office Warehouse Suites is made from shipping containers which makes us unique. Check us out online. Go on a virtual tour. Look at the bright colors. Check out the graffiti art, the electric car charging stations, the grass patios on upstairs units, the bike racks, and the funky, retro feeling to the whole business park. You just won’t find that anywhere else in the DFW metroplex.
Our first two anchor tenants are Happy Bank ATM Center and Salon & Spa Galleria, a financial institution and a beauty salon retail establishment, two divergent businesses which showcase another point we want to make: shipping containers can be anything you want them to be.
