Cheap houses for rent in the 76137 area, which includes part of Fort Worth, Haltom City, Watauga, and Melody Hills, are hard to come by. If you’ve conducted your own search you’ll know this to be true.
For that matter, for those living in the North Fort Worth area, the same can be said for cheap houses for rent in the 76259, 76262, 76052, or 76179 area, or cheap apartments for rent.
What if we told you, however, that it is still possible? Would you be interested?
At this point we expect Tom Cruise to rappel from a helicopter, with the sounds of the Mission Impossible theme song playing in the background, because let’s face it, North Fort Worth is a happening place, happening to the tune of being one of the fastest-growing areas in the fourth-largest metro area in the United States. People are moving to that area daily, and businesses can read the writing on the wall, and they are moving their businesses to the Alliance commercial real estate area because it is the happening place.
And all that means is that prices skyrocket because Supply and Demand rules the day when it comes to price. If everybody wants something then you can bet on the price of that something to rise. So traditional thinking says that looking for cheap houses for rent in the 76137 area is about as easy as homesteading on Mars.
But we hinted at a solution and a solution we will deliver!
The shipping container revolution is the solution!
Just off the Golden Triangle Exit of Interstate 35, a new business park is opening, Box Office Warehouse Suites. BOWS, as it is known, is a new development by serial entrepreneur and local legend Ron Sturgeon, he of the one-million square feet of industrial and commercial property in the North Fort Worth area. Mister Sturgeon has built the first, and only, business park in Fort Worth made entirely from shipping containers, and he nailed down two popular and well-known anchor tenants, Salon & Spa Galleria, and Happy Bank. What Sturgeon is offering is inexpensive commercial property in one of the most expensive commercial areas in the State of Texas, and he is able to do so because of the money saved by constructing with retrofitted shipping containers. He offers quality container office space at a great price, brags, rightfully so, that they are eco-friendly, and provides a quality product at a reasonable price. He calls them offices with attitude, and one look at that business park will confirm that labeling.
And if it’s good enough for Ron Sturgeon then it sure ought to be good enough for you.
Cheap houses for rent? How about, instead, calling them cheap structures for rent, as in shipping containers, as in thinking outside the box and starting a new trend? If Ron Sturgeon can build an entire business park with thirty-eight units out of one-hundred shipping containers, don’t you think it’s possible for you to make one cheap house out of a shipping container?
Think outside the box. Offices with attitude . . . houses with attitude . . . it’s all in the attitude!
