If you are a small business owner, you surely must be interested in the title of this article, “Home Office Solution for Small Business Owners.” Am I right or am I right?
The title of the article, however, implies there is a problem with your home office as you work from home. Perhaps I’m being a bit presumptive in saying that? I don’t think so. In fact, I’m going to crawl out on a very thin limb and say that every small business owner has this same problem with their home office.
And that problem is lack of space!
And I have a solution!
You know what I say is true. Just yesterday you got up from your desk to let the dog outside to go to the bathroom, and you tripped over the box of office supplies on the floor. The night before that, your five-year-old spilled Kool-Aid on your printer, and now you have to buy a new one. Your office supplies currently reside in the garage, where your car used to be parked, and your extra inventory is in your bedroom closet.
Am I right or am I right?
So it’s time to look for a “big person” office in a commercial/retail/industrial area, but you go out and search and immediately suffer from sticker shock. Those offices for rent are EXPENSIVE, and they have all the personality and warmth of your average mortuary manager. It takes about two hours of searching to realize you have a problem; it seems your vision of the future is far-removed from the reality of commercial property costs and design.
Until now! How would you feel about a home office away from home?
I have a solution!
I know of the perfect small office for small business owners, 320 square feet of virgin space, with an option to add on should your business grown. It’s called flex space, and I know of an office space which can look like anything you want it to look like, an office space with personality, a ground floor office space with a comfortable suite upstairs, work downstairs, entertain or relax upstairs, office space which is eco-friendly, flexible, and, wait for it . . . INEXPENSIVE!
Do I have your attention yet?
All right! I’ve teased you long enough. The solution to your small business office problem is . . .practical office suites for lease in the form of . . .
Shipping containers, as in the shipping container revolution, as in the newest space solution for small business owners who are looking to stand out from the crowd and make a definitive statement about their business.
I want you to do an online Google search for Box Office Warehouse Suites right now. Find their website and maneuver around it for awhile. Check out the container offices, the design, the appeal, and the affordable cost. Now check out the owner of those container offices for rent, Ron Sturgeon, Fort Worth businessman and local real estate legend, the owner of over one-million square feet of commercial property, yes, one million as in six zeroes.
Now ask yourself is someone like Ron Sturgeon would waste his time on a new idea, like shipping containers, unless it was a sure-fire winner?
The answer, obviously, is no he would not!
Check them out! Shipping containers . . . commercial property for rent with attitude!
