The convenience of an artist suite is an odd title to be found on a site designed for the leasing of industrial and commercial space, but if you read on a little bit further we think we can show you the importance.
So, what is a suite? To borrow from Merriam Dictionary, a suite is “floor consisting of a large unpartitioned space over a factory or warehouse or other commercial space.” Thus, the term “artist suite” is an area built above another room and used by an artist. Makes perfect sense, but again what does that have to do with our company, Box Office Warehouse Suites?
To properly answer that question, we first have to take you back about ten years ago, back when warehouses were nothing more than a concrete shell where companies stored their inventory. During that same time, offices were simply workplaces, and commercial space for lease was four walls with two windows and two doors. In other words, bland and functional.
Now fast forward to the year 2017, and in particular to Box Office Warehouse Suites.
We are a different kind of company. We recognize the need for uniqueness in business. To our way of thinking, the building where a company does their business should be individualistic and reflect that company in a unique way. Our commercial space for lease is constructed from shipping containers. They are eco-friendly because they are repurposed containers. They are gutted, sandblasted, painted bright colors, and their interiors look more like showrooms than containers. In fact, our design work was done by well-known architect Hue Grant of Hue Architecture, Woodstown, New Jersey, and we have spared no expense to make our commercial space one-of-a-kind. We have bicycle racks and electric car charging stations, and a variety of other conveniences.
But what does that have to do with suites?
In doing market research, we discovered that one in five individuals have a home-based business. One in five work from home! That means that 20% of our adult population are working from home, building a business from the ground up, and we think that is exciting. We also think that all of those home-based businesses, if successful, will eventually outgrow their space at home. They will grow tired of keeping their inventory in a spare bedroom, and they will reach the point where they need to meet with customers and let’s face it, our homes are not great places to entertain customers.
So we went to work and came up with Box Office Warehouse Suites. Each container is 320 square feet of space, and each container gives our customers the opportunity to put a personal stamp on the structure….and as an added bonus, with our unique design, suites are available, suites with coffee bars, suites with all the conveniences of home, perfect spaces to entertain customers or crash after a long, hard day in the office. Why a suite apartment? Well these aren’t apartments but rather a relaxing space for hard-working business people.
In other words, we offer the best of all worlds for a home-based business looking to expand. Think of a container house combined with a container office, and you’ll have something resembling Box Office Warehouse Suites.
Does that sound like you? If so, give us a call, ask about our opening specials, and become part of a new commercial revolution. Offices with attitude, brought to you by Box Office Warehouse Suites.
