The shipping container revolution is happening, and we at Box Office Warehouse Suites are a part of it. How about you? Do you even know what it is? Would you like to learn why the once-lowly shipping container is now at the fore-front of the commercial and industrial world? You can read all about it by reading Shipping Containers Homes and Alternatives.

Shipping containers are certainly not new. They have been around since 1955 when a trucking entrepreneur by the name of Malcolm McLean of North Carolina patented the idea. Today there are approximately eighteen million shipping containers around the world. You know this to be true because anyone who lives near any major city has seen hundreds of thousands of them during a lifetime.
The idea of reusing shipping containers for other purposes, however, is a fairly new idea. It took awhile for designers and architects to see the possibilities of those 320 square foot containers, and it took awhile to work out some problems associated with containers, but once those problems were solved, and once imaginations went to work, the shipping container revolution began.
Are you looking for a cheap warehouse?
Today we see shipping containers being used for all manner of uses. We see container office spaces, container warehouses, container house, and container apartments. Just a partial list of uses for shipping containers includes dry cleaning, title companies, interior design offices, print shops, wine shops, restaurants, insurance agencies, tax preparation offices, and convenience stores. In fact, shipping containers don’t seem to have any limitations other than the limits of our own imaginations.
Why use a shipping container for one of these purposes? First off, they are inexpensive. You can literally purchase a shipping container for under $20,000, and even used it is sturdier than most new buildings. Secondly, they are flexible. They literally can be used for any business venture you can think of. Third they are eco-friendly and good for the environment. No new resources are needed if you are using a used shipping container. Fourth, and this one is perhaps our favorite, they are quirky and innovative, and they make a very definite statement about you, the businessperson, and in a world overflowing with “sameness,” it’s kind of cool to see some businesspeople taking the road less traveled.
Which brings us to Box Office Warehouse Suites . . . who are we? We are the first and only location in Fort Worth offering box suite office space for lease. Our rents compare favorably with traditional office space because we can put a shipping container down and have it ready for use so much faster than building an office/warehouse in the traditional way. We offer a bright, fun working environment, with parking spaces, outdoor lighting, bike racks, electric car charging stations and much, much more.
Is it a shipping container? Is it a suite? Is it a warehouse or is it an office? At Box Office Warehouse Suites it can be all three and more, and we are located right in the heart of the fastest growing area in the Fort Worth region, right off of Interstate 35 in the Alliance Airport industrial region. Do you work from home? Do you need a more functional work space? Do you feel the need for some individuality?
So the question is this: do you want to become a part of the shipping container revolution, or do you want to remain a part of the status quo?
